APPLICANTS (K - 8)<\/h2>\n    <p>The Admissions Committee of St. Paul's Lutheran School will process your application for enrollment AFTER you\n        have completed the following steps:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>All money for fees\/tuition\/lunch\/childwatch must be paid to the church office.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>APPLICATION FORM:<\/strong> Complete the entire application and provide digital signature<\/li>\n        <li><strong>APPLICATION FEE:<\/strong> The NON-REFUNDABLE application fee MUST be paid before application is considered.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>STANDARDIZED TEST RESULT: <\/strong>Copies of standardized test results (CTBS, ST, CAT, IOWA, ETC.) are requested if\n            available for grades 1-8. Obtain a copy of the MOST RECENT testing results from the present school and\n            submit to St. Paul\u2019s Lutheran School office. If no test results are available, please let us know.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>BIRTH CERTIFICATE \/ SOCIAL SECURITY CARD:<\/strong> All applications MUST be accompanied with a copy of the child's\n            birth certificate and a copy of social security card.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>IMMUNIZATION FORMS:<\/strong> Original immunization forms are required by the state and MUST accompany the\n            application form.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>STUDENT \/ PARENT \/ TEACHER INTERVIEW: <\/strong>Based on the information provided, the school will determine the need\n            for an interview.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Please call the school office (256-734-6580) should you need any assistance with any of these steps or\n        procedures.
