Tuition Credit Referral Application SPLS values its families. We are glad that you love our school enough to share the SPLS opportunity with others. Thank you for your support! SPLS will provide a one-time $500 tuition credit per student referred, once he/she begins school. If multiple families refer a student, the $500 will be equally divided among those families. This credit will be applied to your account in up to $50 increments, one credit per month, as long the new student remains enrolled, for up to 10 credits. How to get the credit: Complete this form and return to the school office. Ask the family to put your name on their application for admission as the referring family. Once the student begins school, you will receive up to a one-time $500 per student credit on your account. If you have already paid your tuition for the year, SPLS will mail you the credit via a check at the end of the school year, or apply the credit to the following school year.
